Our Recurring Order service allows you to receive your pet’s meals on a regular schedule, making feeding your pet easier and more convenient. You can choose delivery or collection every two, three, or four to six weeks.

Please note: Recurring Orders are currently available only to customers in Pretoria who purchase directly from Pure Palate Pets.
Setting Up Your First Order:
Once we have your submission, we’ll reach out to you to confirm the products and amount of food to deliver OR for you to collect, the frequency of deliveries and your scheduled delivery or collection day. Once confirmed, your delivery will occur automatically on the pre-scheduled date. You’ll receive an email/WhatsApp reminder with a copy of your order two working days before your delivery, and you’re welcome to make any changes at that time. Please ensure your order is paid for prior to delivery.
